Privacy Policy
How Keleinik handles your information — plainly stated.
Keleinik (“Keleinik”, “we”, “us”) is a service operated by CITRUSTACK LLC. Keleinik gives an Orthodox priest a private AI attendant in Telegram that can draft messages, keep reminders, hold notes, and — only if he chooses to connect it — help with his email. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Keleinik is also available as an iPhone app, which reaches the same assistant. This policy covers it; what is specific to the phone — the camera, microphone and photo permissions it asks for, notifications, and deleting your account from inside the app — is set out on the app privacy page.
Information we collect
- Account information — your name, email address, jurisdiction, and the settings you choose for your assistant (its name, tone, language, reminder times).
- Content you provide — parish notes, memory files you upload, and the messages you exchange with your assistant, which we process to answer you.
- Google account data — only if you connect Gmail (see below).
- Basic technical data — standard server logs needed to run and secure the service.
Google user data
Connecting your Gmail is entirely optional and is used solely to power features you ask for inside your own assistant. If you connect it, you grant the following scopes:
gmail.readonly— so your assistant can search and read messages when you ask it to (for example, “find the bishop’s last email” or “summarize this thread”).gmail.send— so your assistant can send an email on your behalf, only after you review it and explicitly confirm.openid/email— to identify which Google address you connected.
How we use it. Your Google data is used only to provide the email features you request within your private assistant. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it.
What we store. We store only an OAuth refresh token, encrypted at rest, so your assistant can obtain short-lived access tokens. We do not copy, index, or retain your mailbox. Message content is fetched transiently to fulfill a specific request and is not stored beyond what is needed to show you the result.
AI processing. Your assistant does not think on your phone. To fulfill a request, the relevant content — including the text of an email you ask about, or a reply you ask us to draft — is sent to the AI provider your assistant is set to use, which processes it and returns the answer.
Today that is one of DeepSeek (the default), Google Gemini, or Moonshot Kimi. Anthropic is kept only as a last-resort route when the others cannot be reached. Which one your assistant uses is shown on your bot page in the cabinet and you can change it there. You may also connect your own API key — Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Moonshot or DeepSeek — and then your assistant talks only to that provider, billed to your own account.
The demo on this website is a separate thing and does not touch your assistant: it runs on Anthropic, and what you type into it is not part of any account.
What each provider does with what it receives is governed by that provider's own terms, which is why we name them rather than describe them. What we do is fixed: your content is sent only to answer the request you made, it is not pooled with other priests', it is not sold, and we do not train anything on it.
Limited Use. Keleinik’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Revoking access. You can disconnect Gmail at any time from your bot page in the cabinet, or from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Disconnecting deletes the stored token immediately.
How we share information
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers needed to operate Keleinik (such as our AI provider and hosting/messaging infrastructure), and only as needed to provide the service, or where required by law.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your account information and content while your account is active. You may delete your memory files, disconnect Gmail, or ask us to delete your account and associated data by contacting us at [email protected]. In the iPhone app you can delete your account yourself, without asking anyone, from Profile → Delete account; it removes your account and the content that belongs to it and cannot be undone. Disconnecting Gmail removes the stored token right away.
Security
Traffic is served over HTTPS, secrets such as your Gmail refresh token are encrypted at rest, and access to production systems is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
Children
Keleinik is intended for clergy and adults; it is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, communicated to you.
