The agreement between you and CITRUSTACK LLC for using Keleinik.
These Terms govern your use of Keleinik, a service operated by CITRUSTACK LLC (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
The service
Keleinik provides a private AI attendant for Orthodox clergy in Telegram that can draft messages, keep reminders, hold notes, and — if you connect it — help with email. Features may change over time.
Your account
You are responsible for your account and for the accuracy of the information and credentials you provide (including any email access you choose to connect). Keep your access secure and use the service lawfully.
Acceptable use
Do not use Keleinik to break the law, to harm others, to send spam or unsolicited bulk email, or to access accounts you are not authorized to use. You are responsible for the content you send through the service, including email you direct it to send.
Not spiritual, legal, or professional advice
Keleinik is an assistant, not a spiritual father, canonist, attorney, or other professional. Its output can be wrong or incomplete. Serious spiritual, canonical, legal, or personal matters belong with a competent living person. You are responsible for reviewing anything the assistant produces before you rely on or send it.
AI output
Responses are generated by AI and provided “as is.” We do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any purpose.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may suspend or discontinue features.
Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service or its users.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and CITRUSTACK LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which CITRUSTACK LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
